More About Me

Suzanne “Suzon” Dye brings a wealth of investment, property management, and sales experience to her position as Associate Broker at S.J. Fowler Real Estate.

Suzanne’s successful career in real estate started in 1991. Her pathway began with leasing and managing various apartments to eventually overseeing a portfolio of several large communities valued at over $75M in today’s market. Her value and expertise allowed her to have increasing levels of responsibilities for corporate owned multifamily assets. Positions held included Southwest Regional Manager, Multi-Site General Property Manager, Property Manager and she was an Executive Staff Team Member also on the Acquisitions Team and had a key role during and leading up to take-overs on new acquisitions.

Suzanne joined S.J. Fowler Real Estate in 2003 where she has excelled and been one of the company’s top producers. Building strong relationships is important to her and she customizes services to meet clients’ needs. One of Suzanne’s gifts is the ability to truly listen and understand her clients’ goals, then finding solutions with creative, outside the box thinking. Her enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and “can-do” approach, coupled with vast experience, provides clients confidence they are well-advised through all aspects of the transaction. Her market knowledge, guidance and existing relationships give buyers a leading edge in finding properties, some not on the open market, and leads to eventually securing the right property while meeting the goals established, even during competitive times. For sellers, she doesn’t just “market” the property. Suzanne identifies who the likely buyers will be, markets directly to them and actively works on bringing them to fruition. Her tenacity and diligence lead to successful outcomes.
